How often do you update your shop?
I update my shop usually on the last Saturday of each month, however I am in the process of moving studio so there are no updates until August 2023
Do you stock all the colours on all different bases?
It is really hard to know exactly which base will sell so I offer all my colourways on my most popular base which is WGLY Classic Sock although there are other bases available click here for more details.
I offer a Dye to Order service where you can order any colourway in any quantity on any of the bases just click here for more details
Do you offer wholesale ?
Yes I do! Please contact me via email /contact form and I will send over my Wholesale terms and look forward to hearing from you
When will my order ship?
Within 2-3 working days of your orders being placed and all orders are sent either 1st or 2nd class. I try to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours but this does depend on my dyeing days and my current workload
Once your order is packed and ready to be sent out, you will receive a notification and a tracking number. If you live in the UK you can use this number to track your delivery, if you live outside the UK this number is for reference only unless you have selected and paid for tracked
These delivery times are subject to change if I am on holiday
Prices are subject to changes according to the current charges by the Royal mail
All international orders are shipped via Royal mail airmail and will be 1st class international standard and DOES NOT include tracking or compensation.

All parcels shipped abroad are liable for Sales Tax and/or Customs charges and payable by you and are not the responsibility of West Green Loft Yarns
All orders are calculated by weight and size and volume by the Royal Mail
Do I accept Returns
I want you to love and be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied please contact me via the contact form within 14days to arrange a return, refund or an exchange.
Please note the product(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging for a full refund and not be wound in a cake or ball
All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless it is my error.
Please note sale items are non-refundable due to the fact that they are either a discontinued base or colour
