How often do you update your shop?

I dye small batches weekly and shop updates are announced on my Facebook page and my Instagram account or alternatively sign up for my newsletter

Custom/Wholesale Orders

I am unable to accept custom/wholesale orders at the moment 

When will my order ship?

Within 3 working days of your order if not before and all orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail.   This is subject to change at busy times for example if  I am away exhibiting at a yarn show or on holiday but I will give notice of this via my website

International Orders: 

All international orders are shipped via Royal mail airmail and will not include tracking if you would like your item tracked and signed for please choose ‘Tracked and Signed for’ at checkout.

All parcels shipped abroad are liable for Sales Tax and/or  Customs charges and payable by you and are not the responsibility of West Green Loft Yarns 

All orders are calculated by weight and size and volume by the Royal Mail

Do I accept Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return, refund or an exchange.  Please note the product(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging for a full refund.  All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless it is my error.
