How often do you update your shop?

I dye small batches weekly and shop updates are announced on my Facebook page and my Instagram account or alternatively sign up for my newsletter - this is subject to change if I am getting ready for a show or on holiday

Custom/Wholesale Orders

Custom orders - Currenty not taking any custom orders due to wholesale and show and shop committments

Wholesale- Please contact me via email /contact form and I will send over my Wholesale terms and look forward to hearing from you 

When will my order ship?

Within 3 working days of your order if not before and all orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail.   This is subject to change at busy times for example if  I am away exhibiting at a yarn show or on holiday but I will give notice of this via my website

Prices are subject to changes according to the current charges by the Royal mail 

International Orders: 

All international orders are shipped via Royal mail airmail and will be 1st class international standard and will not include tracking if you would like your item tracked and signed for please choose ‘Tracked and Signed for’ at checkout.

All parcels shipped abroad are liable for Sales Tax and/or  Customs charges and payable by you and are not the responsibility of West Green Loft Yarns 

All orders are calculated by weight and size and volume by the Royal Mail 

Do I accept Returns

I want you to love and be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied please contact me via the contact form within 7 days to arrange a return, refund or an exchange.  Please note the product(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging for a full refund  and not be caked.  All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless it is my error.
