How often do you update your shop?

I am currently working on my new collection so there are no regular shop updates at the moment but sign up to my newsletter to get notified when new colours are added to the shop 

If the colour your would like is not available or you would like a different base please email me and I will check that

a|) the colourway is still a current colourway

b) give you an approximate delivery date/time

Custom/Wholesale Orders

Wholesale- Please contact me via email /contact form and I will send over my Wholesale terms and look forward to hearing from you 

When will my order ship?

Within 2-3 working days of your orders being placed and all orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail.   I try to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours but this does depend on my dyeing days

I will always send the tracking number so you can track your parcel 

These delivery times are subject to change at busy times for example if  I am away exhibiting at a yarn show or on holiday but I will give notice of this via my website and especially during lockdown in 2020 as my post office is working limited hours ie 7-11am and I am sometimes already in work for 7am but I try my best to get it out to you asap

Prices are subject to changes according to the current charges by the Royal mail 

International Orders: 

All international orders are shipped via Royal mail airmail and will be 1st class international standard and DOES NOT include tracking or compensation if you would like your item tracked and signed for please email me and I will get you a quote 

All parcels shipped abroad are liable for Sales Tax and/or  Customs charges and payable by you and are not the responsibility of West Green Loft Yarns 

All orders are calculated by weight and size and volume by the Royal Mail 

Do I accept Returns

I want you to love and be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied please contact me via the contact form within 7 days to arrange a return, refund or an exchange.  Please note the product(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging for a full refund  and not be wound. 

All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless it is my error.

Please note sale items are non-refundable due to the fact that they are either a discontined base or colour - please bear that in mind
