🌍 Shipping Update

At the moment, I’m unable to ship to:
🇺🇸 USA
🇪🇺 Europe
🇮🇪 Northern Ireland

This is due to new tariffs and restrictions. I’m so sorry to all of my customers affected by this, and I’ll update this page as soon as anything changes.

📦 General Information

  • All Ready to Ship items are in stock for immediate dispatch.

  • Pre-order or custom items will be clearly marked on the listing.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Thursday.

  • Our local post office is open 8–10am on weekdays, so parcels are usually dropped off in the mornings.

  • Orders placed Thursday afternoon to Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Royal Mail 1st Class → usually arrives within 1–3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class → a popular, lower-cost option, usually 3–5 working days.

🌐 International Shipping (outside USA, Europe, and NI)

  • North America (excluding USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and South East Asia → usually around 10 working days, though delays can happen.

  • Rest of the World → typically 2–4 weeks, but please allow longer.

  • International Economy → a cheaper option, but much slower: up to 6–8 weeks for Canada and 12 weeks for other destinations.

↩️ Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please contact me within 14 days to arrange a return, refund, or exchange.

  • Items must be unused (skeins must still be full, not caked or wound) and returned in their original packaging, in resaleable condition.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
